  • Non-profit organization

  • to work among under- privileged in the sphere of education, health , child and adolescence issues, disability issues, Road Traffic accident etc

  • to arrange high level seminar on English literature and some sphere of engineering and technology viz automobile engineering, car designing etc on 3rd August every year ( Manjis’s birthday ) and if possible on some other day.

  • To keep liason with other trusts / NGOs / government organizations working on the same issues.

  • The Trust will act According to Section 2(15) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, ( Charitable purposes include "relief of the poor, education, medical relief, and the advancement of any other object of general public utility.")

  • The trust will act according to article 19 ( 1) ( C ) of the Indian Constitution ( “Right to form association and Union” )
